SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Waterloo Girls. We offer USPS Priority Ground shipping on all of our orders. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and according to USPS shipping rates.
We do not charge handling, exchange, or restocking fees. You will only be charged for the products purchased and their shipping fee at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at waterloogirlsnaturalcleaner.com. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you fall in love with all our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with all our products.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have a full week to request a refund. Your 7 days begin the same day you receive our products in the mail. After that, we cannot accept returns.

How to Return
To begin you return, visit our site and request a return for your order. After the request is processed you have 30 days to ship your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will check for damage or use.

If you product is returned in new condition, in it's original product packaging, and with no evidence of tampering; your refund will be processed. Your money (minus the cost of shipping) will be credited back to your account within 7 to 10 business days of your claim being verified.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. We cannot reimburse you the cost of shipping.
